Hey Dave, been waiting for over a year, no word of an update. Is there any way you can port the game to mobile? I don't have a computer to play it on, and might not ever have the money for a computer. But a mobile port would help millions like me without the computer, to play your amazingly made horror game. Ever going to make it available for android?
Just did Part 1 for my youtube and so far I think its an Amazing game!! I am loving it so far and will continue to Part 2 soon. You can see me play down below.
im on windows 11 and the game was running fine yesterday, I even beat the first two levels, but now whenever i open it, the game freezes and crashes when the map to select a level loads
anyway to fix this is or do i have to keep re-opening the game and hope for it to work again?
Ive seen the comments and replies saying the game doesnt work on windows 11 but it worked perfectly fine yesterday night so im very confuzzled

i beat glove world and mr krabs and now when i try to continue the game, it crashes when i try to open the map to select a level. i really like this game and it dissapoints me that i cant play it as much as i wanted to :(
Hey I have a problem basically when I enter the game everything is normal but when I press new game or continue I don't enter I can only enter the options after opening options and closing them I can't open it again :(
It's possible your save file might've gotten corrupted. Go into your Appdata\Local\AtC_BB\Saved\SaveGames folder and delete the .sav file. After relaunching the game, it should create a fresh save file and hopefully fix the issue. You will unfortunately lose your progress if you had any, so if you want to back up your save file first before deleting in case this fix doesn't work, you can do so. But the game should function properly now after deleting your save manually and starting a newgame.
um dave, when i try to open the game,it says "the code execution cannot procees because X3DAudio1_7.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the program" i reinstalled it but it still says this, plz help this is one of my favorite horror games
1 year later... at back playing again.. "2/28/2022" I thought some bugs R fix like "menu unclickble". and "savefile vanishing", well.. those bugs its still exist -big sigh- and idk if am gonna really.. gonna redo all of those chapters to waste my time and menu its unforgivable.. :/ more like "unclickable" its awfull.. :C that am curious the game is 15gb space now.. but bugs its still haven't fixing it just go to appdata and delete save again
Did you unzip the .rar folder? If you haven't already done so, you'll need Winrar or 7Zip or any unzipping program to unzip the .rar folder. After doing so, you should be able to launch the application normally. If you did already unzip it and the game is just simply not launching after double clicking the application, then I'm not sure what the problem could be if there isn't any sort of error message appearing.

From what I've seen, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't on Windows 11. Seems to be a compatibility issue with the OS being so new. Until an OS update or a workaround comes out, there's nothing I can really do unfortunately. D:

Yes, it is compatible for Windows 10. Check the System Requirements section at the bottom of the game's description if you ever need more information on whether or not your PC can run the game.

Hi dave, I've beaten the game up until the point where Larry's Gym is supposed to be unlocked but it will not appear on the map after I beat the Krusty Krab and the Industrial park. Anyone know why
I'm not quite sure why the level wouldn't unlock? Are you sure you've beaten The Krusty Krab on the second difficulty or higher? Playing on the lowest difficulty of the Krusty Krab will not count towards level progression, since it's mostly considered a practice mode.
I was having a the same issues, then i realized Boating school didn't register a star. I redid it but it still didn't unlock. I have stars on all of them

Dave, there is something wrong with the glove world. The back of the map says that the right hand strap will be left after staring at it. As a result, I stared at it for a long time and he didn't leave

Are you using Windows 11 or 10? Some Windows 11 users have reported the game crashing after only running for a short moment due to incompatibilities with the OS being too new. If you are using Windows 10, the game should work just fine since it's supported. But if the game is crashing even on that OS, I'm afraid I don't know what could be causing that to happen, sorry!
I believe it's not exactly something that I can do. Either Windows 11 needs to do some sort of update to their OS to make Unreal Engine games run proper 100% of the time, or a newer version of Unreal Engine needs to be made that can support Windows 11. So unfortunately either way, there's nothing I can really do since I can't be updating AtC to a newer version of Unreal Engine and we can only hope it's something Windows 11 can fix through an update to their OS.
Hi Dave, I've tried redownloading and restarting the game, but nothing works. I open the game, and it seems fine, however the sound is slightly off sync with the intro, but that's fine. Then, once the intro ends with the jellien jumpscare, the game crashes. It doesn't freeze, it just closes instead of going to the menu. Not sure how to fix it, but was wondering if you could help! Thanks!

I beat the level where you have to save SpongeBob after that there isn't another level

You may need to install the latest version of Microsoft Direct X. It'll likely fix the problem.

It's most likely not something I can fix, since it's the OS being new and not 100% compatible with UE4 games yet as far as I know.

Are you getting any sort of error message when it crashes? Are you running the game on older hardware?
I am running the game on new hardware, No error messages, none that I can find at least. it just crashes after a set amount of time for some reason.

It may not be able to run on 4GB of ram, but consider giving it a download and seeing for yourself.

Hi Dave, I was just wondering if WinRaR is required to run the game? Or is it optional?

I tried both versions, but mainly use windows 10, neither seemed to help though. :D
