A downloadable game for Windows
Story: A strange creature named Tunky has captured you and tossed you into his old decrepit house to play a game of hunt. He will patrol the house to try to find you and if he does, he will devour you... So hide anywhere you can, and try to find a way out.
I decided to try something a little different. I felt like making a more abstract horror game that had low-res graphics, an AI that has a set path instead of walking around aimlessly and some new hiding mechanics I'm testing out in this game.
I hope you enjoy my short experimental horror game!

Great Game Dave! Very scary!
I originally found it on game jolt but here's my gameplay video :) though i think tunky's view range could be increased abit. pretty easy to avoid him
this is actually one of the best games that i have ever played
Not sure if that one closet not closing was supposed to happen or not, but it definitely caught me off guard!
Ah yeah, that was a bug, lol. It's the main reason why I changed the closet mechanics in BUNKY to teleporting you inside instead of having to open, step in, then close the closet door. Anyway, glad you enjoyed it!
hey this game keeps saying the eu4 Tunky game has crashed and will now close...Fatal error! Every time i try to start it up...how can i fix this? I REALLY want to try this game
Hmm, I dunno. Does it say something about D3D error or that it requires Direct X 11?
no all it says is Fatal error, I really wanna get this fixed though, is there anybody i can have look at this to see if they can try to fix the problem? or is there a way of identifying what causes the crash? any tips will help, because I have been watching ur work for a while and i really want to play ur games.
Hmm, I found this post which might solve your issue. https://forums.unrealengine.com/community/general-discussion/119350-getting-a-fa... Hope it helps!
ah ok, so i tried re-installing the game, and this message came up
UE4 Prerequisites (x64)
one or more issues caused the setup to fail. please fix the issues and then retry setup. For more information see the log file.
0x81f40001-This installation package is not supported by this processor type.
Hmm, which version of the game did you download? 32 bit or 64 bit. If you downloaded 64 bit, try the 32 bit version, if you downloaded the 32 bit version, try the 64 bit version. If you still get the error with both versions, try restarting your pc. If that doesn't work, I'll see if I can find another solution. Damn dude, I'm really sorry you're encountering this issue.
Hey I just uploaded a video on your game Tunky, and I wanted to say I really enjoyed it and had a lot of fun with this short little pixelated horror game. I gave a full review at the end of my video so if you want to check that out, and hear what I have to say then go right ahead, but other than that I wanted to say you did a nice job on this game! :)
Ah that bug with the door. I never fixed that, dammit, lol. And TUNKY disappearing like that is odd... I wonder if he was just on the other side of the map, who knows. XD If you do play BUNKY, I hope you like it!
lol, glad you enjoyed the game man. Btw, TUNKY will return soon though. Maybe not in April, but soon...
Loved sleeping over Tunky's house! Tunky is such a great host!
great game loved it cant wait to play bunky
Games like this where the enemy just wanders the halls are scarier than a lot of other games I've played. Although, I wouldn't expect objects to be in the same places in each playthrough.
Glad you enjoyed it! Btw, you got lucky the items were in the same place cause it's random in each playthrough. I feel like TUNKY wasn't scary enough so in the sequel to this game that I'm currently working on, BUNKY, will be much more scary and unpredictable. Hopefully it turns out well. :D
Gave it a go...
I Like Is Horror Game.
Tunky was fast paced, satisfying blend of challenge and simplicity and I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. Another fantastic game from the ever amazing Dave Microwaves. Play this game & watch this video to be AWESOME!!
The atmosphere was super eerie in this one. Definitely one of those games where silence is unnerving enough to make you peek around corners. Just the sense that something is in there with me freaks me out. I love the pixelated graphics on top of your already unique model designs. Super well done, you’re definitely one of my favorite one-shot indie horror developers now. Can’t wait to play more of your games.
Thanks dude! When I finish and release the third alpha to Dracula's Castle (Alpha 3) maybe you should give it a go if ya want. It's a bit different from my other games cause it's an action game with a sprinkle of horror to it. It's about an hour long at the moment, but when it's finished it'll probably be 2-3 hours long. It's one of my bigger games that I plan on releasing onto Steam in the future. Obviously you don't have to play it, you can always wait for BUNKY (the sequel to TUNKY) to come out after Dracula's Castle. ;D
I will definitely play Dracula's Castle once it's complete! I want a full, fresh experience with the full game. Can't wait for BUNKY! I've been binging your games and holy baby Jesus they're great! Get ready for spam on your download pages from your's truly xD
TUNKY!!! He use to be cool but now he is just very angry. Love the game I look forward to seeing what else you have install for us. 5/5.
Glad you enjoyed it! I hope you'll look forward to the sequel when I finally finish Alpha 3 of Dracula's Castle.
HECK YEAH!! THIS WAS FUN!!
enjoy the game! 즐겁게 플레이 했습니다 :)
Um, I can't watch the video for some reason?
Glad you enjoyed it! :D Thank you for playing.
Gave the game a go, only criticism would be the AI is - pretty tunky.
Damn, I really should've improved the AI. I'll try to do that now. But thanks for playing!
So I couldn't make him search rooms, but I did improve his path cycle. He now goes around and will reverse his path, so it's a bit better now. So yeah, now he'll have a better chance of spotting you if you're walking around the house. I also (I hope and think) fixed the closet bug. So a big thank you for finding these problems. I really hope this patch will improve the game.
