Since I got a new pc I would love to play this really good piece of horror and especially after playing 'A Strange Terror from Beyond the Stars' this game really hypes me up. But now that I showed up here I realize that the game went away from my libraby.. :/ After realizing this I went into the comments and saw this other person had the same problem. It could be some internal problem of Itch.io and you might consider reaching out for this. Anyways I really hope it doesn't seem like I'm just trying to get a free game here, but if it's possible I would really appreciate it if you could also sent a link to a download.

That's bizarre. If you purchased the game it should appear in your library and there should be a grey bar at the top of the STFTD game page with a download button. I can send you a STFTD key to redeem if you want.
Is it possible to create a game like this in a similar way in Unity? (Including graphics and coding). Very GREAT game. I am trying to make my own version of indie horror because of you.
Preferably I'd like if you won't create your own version of my work, as that is technically stealing. But if you're referring to just making your own original horror games, yeah I'm sure you could create your own horror games in Unity.

Hmm, I think that's why. I got a few reports like that in the past and usually only happened with that one resolution, I don't know why. Guess UE4 has a hard time auto adjusting to it? I'll most likely be looking into adding resolution settings in the future when I get the time to work on the big overhaul update for the game. Really sorry this is happening to you. If you purchased the game recently, I think you can still request a refund via Paypal or Itchio if you wish.

The Around The Clock Private Demo was exclusive only to a select number of Youtubers for promotional purposes. The full game is set to release on November 26th 2019.
oh and by the way, i noticed that if you play old school mode, there is a chance that you can encounter DUL, does that mean you can encounter the other monsters from stfbts as well?
i have a feeling there will be another sequel to this series due to what barney barnacle says at the best ending, but also do you think you could add a custom mod to stfbts as well?
I've wanted to do that for awhile but I've had trouble with trying to port my games to other OS's. Linux was such a strange and frustrating process I kind of just gave up and for Mac you need to own a Mac to port it for some reason. UE4 is just weird like that. I'll definitely try porting my games to other OS's in the future, I just need to dedicate some time to learning how to port to Linux and maybe get my hands on a Mac someday.

A fun improvement to "From Beyond the Stars!" The addition of multiple starting locations and monster specific abilities brings a breathe of fresh air to an already fun series. While the map doesn't change this small choice keeps you on your toes in a more labyrinthine station. "Custom mode" is greatly welcomed given the diversity of creatures and their abilities, I was rather surprised to see the Rare monsters selectable in this mode. With key-cards now having static locations the scramble for survival becomes more oriented on finding the tools to gain access to said key-cards instead of just a frantic sprint around the station searching for that last damn card you might have overlooked.
The aesthetic of the game is very reminiscent to the golden age of cinema, this serves the low-poly graphics quite well. However, as much as I love the look of this game my only true complaint about it is carried over from the original, the inability to turn off the film grain effect, it is a style choice that I will always disable when given the option.
Rogue-like horror is a terribly under tapped market; if you like the idea of a re-playable horror game then this is right up your alley. It may not have realistic graphics but, the best horror often isn't realistic. The best horror is often ugly or even dare I say, cute, because it isn't what you see that terrifies you. It's the possibilities that your mind delivers in place of realism.

Oh damn, it might have to do with your monitor's resolution settings. What's your monitor's resolution?
